Good morning! We have a new challenge for you at
Ruby's Rainbow; for this fortnight,
Debbie has chosen our challenge and she would like to see "Texture" on you card.
Hmmm, texture? Had to think on this one.... Dry embossing was the first thing that came to mind; I also added layers, chunky glitter, fine glitter, a button with twine, and some cheesecloth. Have seen the cheesecloth on cards in blogland and have always wanted to try it; so glad I did, it was fun!
The image is one of Faith's newer ones...I love it and couldn't wait to color it! I used pencils then added some glitter...it's a bit hard to see the fine glitter in the photo. I did some layering and added a glitter covered snowflake and some cheesecloth. I like the combo of the crisp, hard edges paired with the soft coloring and cheesecloth.
