Snowy Christmas

Hello!  It was a busy week/weekend; between work, Homecoming activities, the dance, and cupcakes I didn't seem to get much accomplished.  We sure did have lots of fun though!

I combined the Creative Card Crew Christmas Challenge with Tuesday Morning Sketches sketch.  Our Sponsor for Tuesday Morning Sketches is Raisin Boat...they sent me an adorable set called Snow Animals.  It was a fun set to work with...thank you Raisin Boat!

I started by stamping the center panel with trees and "snow".  The Santa Snow Bird was colored with pencils, glittered up, and mounted on some die cuts.  The papers are lightly distressed, and I've added ribbon and a glittery, layered snowflake for embellishing.

I hope you will stop over to check out the DT cards and details for Creative Card Crew's Christmas Challenge here.

Loads of candy....

(Click here for the goodie giveaway!)

Good morning Tuesday Morning Sketches fans; I have a new sketch to share!  Our sponsor for the week is Raisin Boat and they sent me an entire set called "Sheet Happens"...the set is full of fun images and sentiments.  Thank you Raisin Boat!

This is the sketch.  I stamped and colored the image, then added googlie eyes and tiny brads for the knobs on the washing machine.  I paired the image with some new Doodlebug Halloween papers (love!) that I bought when we went out of town last weekend; I did a bit of distressing to shabby it up a bit.  I finished with some sparkly black bats, which are popped up.

TMS#142

Good morning; it's time for another sketch from Tuesday Morning Sketches!  Our sponsor this week is Raisin Boat; they sent me the cutest stamp set called "Cool Treats".  Actually it was the perfect choice for me since I am an ice cream lover...thank you so much Raisin Boat!

I chose the ice cream cone to work with and colored the image with pencils.  Doesn't that strawberry frozen yogurt look yummy?  I used diecuts for the panels and added some half pearls and ribbon for embellishments.

Paper: PTI Stamper's Select, Fine Linen and Hibiscus Burst, Bo Bunny DP
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black
Embellies: PTI Hibiscus Burst Grosgrain Ribbon, Kaiser Pearls

I hope you will head on over to Tuesday Morning Sketches to check out the rest of the line up.  I'm excited to see the rest of the team's creations as well.  I would love to see you play along too....
