Survivor
I'm back again with a new challenge from Tuesday Morning Sketches; our sponsor this week is Saturated Canary. I love Krista's images!
I have dedicated my TMS October posts to Breast Cancer Awareness, so I pulled out this cutie from my stash to finish the month. The image is colored with pencils and I have gone the clean and simple route with the sketch, keeping the SCS HYCCT challenge of "Flat is Fabulous" in mind. I die cut some hexagons for the background and just slightly popped up the image. I finished with a simple stamped sentiment. This card can be sent with just a regular stamp; I don't know about you, but that doesn't happen too often!
Image: Saturated Canary
Sentiment: MFT "Have Hope" Set
Ink: Printer, PTI Smokey Shadow
Paper: G.P. 110, SU! Pink Pirouette, PTI Smokey Shadow, the girls' paperie DP
Extras: Prismas/Goo Gone, MFT Chevron Die-namics, Spellbinder's Nestabilities, The Paper Studio Sticky Doos
Please check out the challenge details and the rest of the DT's creations here. Why not play along? The sketch is a fun one...you can go CAS or add lots of layers...the choice is up to you!
I am also entering my card in the following challenges:
The Squirrel and the Fox: Pink for Breast Cancer Awareness
SCS HYCCT October 1, 2013: Flat is Fabulous Challenge
Thank you for stopping by!

Angela, your card is wonderful, and as a breast cancer survivor, I appreciate that you've stayed the course through the entire month creating BCA cards. You've done lovely work on all the cards, and this one is a perfect "icing" to finish off the month. Thank you.
It's true, sometimes less is more. :) You kept the focus where it needs to be and I love your BCA card! Thanks for joining us at The Squirrel and The Fox.
Angela, this is a gorgeous card and beautifully designed. I love the soft colors and the elegant simplicity of this card.
Super cute, Angela! I like your design!
Sweet card!! All your BCA cards have been wonderful!!
So sweet - I love how you coloured her, and the gorgeous floral hexies. I know I'm trying to make more of those single-stamp cards :) It's a tricky prospect sometimes!
