Baptism Blessings

Good morning!  Today I'm sharing a card that I made for a co-worker; she had a grandson who was getting baptized and she pretty much left the design up to me.  How fun is that?  She did want to have Jacob's name on the card and liked the colors cream, blue, and green.

I was at Hobby Lobby and saw this pretty paper...it was even 1/2 price...lucky find!  I used the MFT onesie die and added some subtle glitter around the neckline, arms, and legs, then added some pearls.  I embellished with a handmade felt flower, stickpins, and a smattering of pearls.  I've used a bunch of dies on this one: Spellbinder's Nestabilities, multiple MFT Die-namic dies, and also the Corner Chomper...I think the rounded corners are a nice touch.  I didn't have cream envelopes large enough, so I made a box instead.  I used my Scor-Pal, lined it with Warm and Natural batting, and decorated the top to coordinate with the card.

Here's a close up of the card:

Here is a shot of the inside.

Ink: Printer
Paper: PTI Vintage Cream, SU! Marina Mist, The Paper Studio Sticky Doos
Embellies: Making Memories Stick Pens, Spare Parts Pearls, Martha Stewart Crystal Fine Glitter
Extras: Corner Chomper, Spellbinder's Nestabilities, MFT Die-namics Dies (onesie, rolled rose, royal leave), The Paper Studio Sticky Doos
