Chicken Birthday...Farm-style
Hello there! I have a new challenge from the Creative Card Crew; for this fortnight, our challenge is "Down on the Farm". Hmmm, I grew up on a farm so I had some insight for this challenge.... My first thought was my Penny Black chicks...love them!
The chicks are colored with pencils and die cut. I've used some "cozy" papers and done some distressing, then added some mini brads and a handmade flower for embellishing.
Image: Penny Black
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black
Paper: PTI Stamper's Select, Orange Zest, and Dark Chocolate, My Mind's Eye DP
Embellies: Spare Parts Brads
Extras: Prismas/Goo Gone, Spellbinder's Nestabilities, MFT Die-namics Dies (Upsey Daisy and Mini Royal Rose), PTI Dark Chocolate Felt, Green Felt (my stash), The Paper Studio Sticky Doos
You can check out the challenge details and the rest of the DT's creations, to gain some inspiration; we hope you will play along!
I am also entering my card in the following challenges:
Addicted to Stamps: Shabby/Vintage
Card Crafter's Circle: Winged Things
The Sweet Stop: Sketch
Thank you for stopping by!
Angela
