Good morning! I'm back with another sketch from Melissa at the Tuesday Morning Sketches blog. This one was a challenge for me! (Really, that is putting it mildly!) I really can't wait to see what the rest of the DT came up with.... Our sponsor this week is Inktegrity and since I love monkeys, I was happy to get Mikey to work with! It gave me a chance to use this fun banana DP....
First off, I am having a bit of trouble typing my post.... One of the kitties is on my lap and I really hate to send her away when she is so comfortable!
Back to the card.... The image is colored with pencils and the card is accented with ribbon and Bella Dots. Hmmm...I'm not so sure about the splash of pink.... What do you think? I am thinking maybe I should have colored Mikey's nose pink.... I just wanted to get some "Valentine color" in there.... Plus, I love pink!

You and your monkeys! I love that he's made a heart out of two bananas! Cute paper too.
So cute. I think the monkey is adorable and colored perfect. Did you stamp the bananna on the bg paper or was it already on the paper? Great card.
