Good morning! It's time for a new challenge at Ruby's Rainbow; for this fortnight, Angelique has chosen our challenge and it is "Things with Wings".
I was tempted to go with a chick, but went with a butterfly instead. The sketch is from Sparkle and Sprinkle. The butterfly is paper pieced and I've done a bit if distressing and added pearls for embellishing.

You and your chicks! I love the butterfly, and I REALLY love the rich color palette you used here, as opposed to pastels, which are what I usually choose for butterflies. Going to have to rethink that after seeing this card.
