The seahorse is colored with pencils and cut out; last I added a bit of glitter. I really liked this DP, so I used vellum for the small panels and adhered it with mini brads. The image panel is Cuttlebugged and I added some waves cut with a die. I finished it all off with varying sizes of black brads just to add a bit of "pop".
