Happy Friday! The weekend is almost here....
The challenge this week was to use a 2 x 2 square. I had originally planned to use a partial image, but then I came across this mini and remember this SEI DP I had bought on sale. It's a great paper pack; the colors are gorgeous and there is a great assortment, including glittered and shimmer papers. This particular one went really nicely with PTI's Sweet Blush.
Butterflyabella is colored with Primas/Goo Gone and then the edges of the panel were sponged with Close To Cocoa ink. The mini butterflys are cut with a Martha Stewart punch, glittered with Barbara Trombley's Art Glitter in "Fossil" and lastly a Swarovski flatback crystal is placed in the middle. The Crystals are called "AB"; they kind of shine like opals and tend to pick up the color of their surroundings. I also used them on the chocolate butterflys. Can you tell I like bling? LOL
Image/Sentiment: Stamping Bella "Butterflyabella"
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, SU! Close to Cocoa
Paper: PTI Stamper's Select, Dark Chocolate, Sweet Blush, SEI "Chocolat" DP
Embellies: Swarovski Flatback Crystals, Barbara Trombley's Art Glitter in "Fossil"
Extras: Prismas/Goo Gone, Martha Stewart Butterfly Punches
Thanks for stopping by today! Hope you have a fabulous weekend!

ReplyDeleteThis is beautiful, Angela! Perfect way to use the challenge square and that DP is gorgeous. I've been resisting the multi-butterfly punch since I already have the singleton, but the way your used it here makes me REALLY want one! The crystals are such a pretty touch and I bet they are even more impressive in the sunshine!!
